I was pleased to read that Sir Paul McCartney is to try and save Abbey Road Studios for the Nation.
About time too!
I hope then all the artists that recorded there will also be honoured - including Matt Monro.

The book is fantastic, a real masterpiece! I was moved to tears whilst reading the forward.
It is beautiful , comprehensive and unputdownable !

I nearly fell off my chair when, I read, that Andy Williams is going to perform at Glastonbury next year.
2010 will be the 40th anniversary of the festival and they want to bring some class to the stage !
No doubt all the tickets are already sold out.

The book cover looks awesome. If I dont get it as a post Christmas surprise, I will run down to the shop myself.
Looks like a lot of work went into it - I hope it has lots of great stories in it.

It was sad to read that Mrs Monro has not been too well lately. This is to wish her a speedy recovery.
