Welcome back, Paddy. I am another making a return after a long absence, not due to health in my case but just pressure of live and existing ! Bizzarely enough my younger daughter and her partner now live very, very close to Michele's former home in Harrow, but in comparative poverty - a tiny 1-bed downstairs flat near the top of The Hill. I've seen rather a lot of Harrow in the past 2 months as she was involved in a car crash in August that resulted in me travelling there each week-end for some weeks, helping her get her car back in order (can now recommend a very good bodyshop there.....) and fortunately there were no injuries in the accident.
2 years ago, wife and I became grandparents for the first time, care of the other daughter who lives with her partner in Nottingham.
I'll have to try to pop here more often now that I've found time to look up the forum again !

I know Virginia Water from driving through it a few times! As to Wentworth... some years ago my wife was friends with a lady who had a house on the golfing estate - her husband was a big cheese with Coca-Cola. How the other half live; triple garage attached to the house and 2 detached double garages as well. I think most of our house would have fitted into the attached garages !

I do wonder where previous members disappear to……without explanation :(

Eman
Greg
Angela
Keith
Maxine
Lori

To name a few of the many members.
I do send some of them Private Messages from time to time hoping for a response.
It’s sad when you wonder why they stopped participating and also if anything has happened to them without any of us knowing.
I liked the lovely Lori but she hasn’t posted on here since 2011 :(
