Been busy with work to visit any boards, but now that I have some leeway, I figured I'd pop on over! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to be reading some of the posts just to catch up on things.

Hi Eman--yes, it's good to see you back. Quite a lot of catching up to do. It has been busy on here lately.

Thanks! I'd rather do the reading here then the dry stale topics I have to do...Groan. My only pleasure was watching dvds of the new Doctor Who Series 6 and then the old Doc Martin shows. I couldn't even finish one episode without nodding off and then it was already back to the grind!!

Talking of Doctor Who, we haven't watched any episodes since William Hartnell played that role.

Thanks Lena and Harry! My first Doctor ever was Peter Davison (the 5th Doctor) and that was way back in 1981.. LOL I know he's on Law and Order UK now. My favourite that I'm watching right now is the old Doc Martin series on DVD. I heard they have a new season starting soon? I want to track down the Spanish version from Spain called "Doctor Mateo". Same premise as the British show.

That is great news. Unfortunately even with the advances in modern technology we all seem to be working harder and longer than ever. But I have to say it always cheers me up when I pop to the Forum and read all your postings. We are so lucky to have this website full of wonderful people and personalities. A little bit of light relief does you good.

That is so true Michele! I hate to even say it but even when I go to the beach I have to bring my laptop or Ipad and cell phone with me in case I'm called. However I should learn to take the best pleasures in life more such as family, friends and message boards with friends i.e. this one!! I love the warm and fuzzies from everyone here!!
