First Post from Lindy in America. Hi Fellow MM Fans!

Hello All,
I've just joined, after several emails with the gracious Michele Monro. Loved her book, The Singer's Singer, and had to tell her so.
That could not have been an easy feat, to write such a book. Profoundly wonderful. She did a really fine job, and aren't we grateful? Yes!
I've loved Matt's incomparable singing since I was little in the early 1960s. He's still my Favorite. Thanks to Michele's book, I learned about songs Matt recorded that I never heard before, and performances on video too! And have acquired all that I could find to buy (in America and England).
I'm curious how many Americans are members of this forum? We don't hear Matt played on the radio enough in America (or much good or great music at all, in many parts of the country). Wondering how it is in your part of America. Do you ever hear Matt on the radio?
To all you good people from the UK (my favorite part of the world), Cheers Loves! And Greetings to everyone from other countries. I know Matt has fans all over the world. Isn't he the absolute best of all time?!

Hi Lindy, it is always good to have another new member on our forum, and I really hope you enjoy your time with us. It was interesting reading a little about you. Some of our US members came over here last year to join us in a "Book Launch" and Fan Club meeting, and we all had a great time. And Michele just came back last Sunday from a 6 month world cruise including some time in USA.
