YELLOW EGG PLUM JAM---YUM--I made this once for George ,the first year we moved to Kent-we bought the Yellow Egg plums from a farm shop--and the jam was just delicious-especially as I had never made jam before---but I was never able to repeat it, and never made jam as good as that first time.

QUEEN OF PUDDINGS - Yum
My mum makes a great Q of P but as I've not lived at home for many years I'm feeling particularly deprived of this amazing dish (and I'm not a great one for puddings)

Well done for getting a "Q"--but we normally go in alphabetical order--so I shall try and think of an "I"---

ITALIAN FOOD---YUM---any Italian food--I love it.
