Noting this one from you, Eman. If it's "to everyone's disdain", you've certainly got me Curious and Curiouser!
I will research it!

Jedward were twins who formerly competed on x Factor.

I think Eman may be the only person on this forum who has this cd--he may be the only person in the world-who knows !!

Ha ha!! I'm a JEDWARDIAN and proud of it!! LOL..Not ashamed to admit it also. Although they can't sing and I will admit that, there is just something amusing about two strange looking twins with skyscraper hair that jump around like they haven't taken their meds.

I have to agree Marian, much more "stage presence" and "antics" compared to "Rizzle Kicks" and their song "Mama Do The Hump".

Les Miserables 2110 Marian, I've heard of a pre-release but that's taking it to the limit!!!!! :)

By the way I am a Les Mis fantatic. I have the UK, US, Complete Symphonic, 10th Anniversay, The Manchester Cast cd single, The German version. I did try to get the Norwegian album but it was deleted.

I love that show, I have seen it in London, Edinburgh & San Francisco and could not say one was better than the other as the standard of each show was extremely high.

Thanks, Sandra. Well golly, I never saw any of this lot you've listed, wearing petticoats.
Sounds like good party spinning, with or without the petticoats though. Del and Buddy were TERRIFIC and I bet Brenda Lee is on this as well. I read recently that Brenda Lee stated that she learned to sing from listening to.....drum rolll.......

Voice of the Sparrow, Edith Piaf, Capital

(from which her VERY GREATEST is not the most played "La vie en rose", but it's "Hymne a l'amour". I wish Matt would have recorded it, he would have done it so beautifully, too! I think Matt is the only man who could have done it.

Thumbs up, Marian. Les Mis was/is great and stays with us permanently.
I loved Colm and Patti's unforgettable performances, as well as that entire cast. I remember the cast member (last name is Ball, if I remember correctly??) who played Marius was wonderful, too. But they were ALL perfect, every single cast member. I wore that CD out for several years. The lyrics of that play are among the wisest/best ever penned, let alone the music.
If only the species could have become wiser from it...but no.

And as for Jedward.....

Eman! I did my research today. And Jedward are just two times Britney Spears, with clothes on.
Can't say I blame them, with all the money she's made, why shouldn't they?

See now, this is why I haven't owned a television in 17 years!
 The day they bring back television with only Matt on, and a few other worthies, I'll buy one again.

   LIndy I find them amusing. They can't sing, but strangely I find them appealing!! Quite enjoyable..I've like some odd British singers/groups in the past also like "Shampoo" or this horriffic duo of American Teens who were only popular in the UK but loathed "Daphne and Celeste"..ha ha!!

Dreamboats Petticoats is also a hit stage musical.

The "Ball" you refer to is Michael Ball who is a huge star.
