I actually thought it was the very same line too, but I could be wrong.
And no , there is no reason why the same song cannot be used twice.
I guess eventually we will run out of new songs!!

The problem is that any clue I give will almost certainly give it away (?).
It was sung by a true Welshman, about the maximum I can give you in the way of a first hint at the singer....
