I cannot believe that I got one right at last--the ones I know usually go before I see them.

So here's one--

"Someday he may buy you a ring"

clue--Bling, bling, and more bling.

I'm annoyed with myself for not spotting "Wives and Lovers," Jack's signature tune, which I don't like!

I was surprised Marian, that you had not got in there with "Wives and Lovers" !

Harry and Lena, yes you are correct, with "Baubles Bangles and Beads"

I was also surprised that Marian didn't get Wives and Lovers. In fact I entered it and then saw that Marian had just pipped me, and so edited it.
Anyway here's another...And in the centre, just you and me dear. Clue,... heavenly lyrics.

To make up for not getting "Wives and Lovers" I think this one is "Stars Fell on Alabama". :?:

In all fainess to Marian, I must confess that I missed out on the "Misty" song-line which I should have got-not only have I heard it many times on cd etc, but I have heard Johnny Maathis singing it at a live concert about 150 times !! But like Marian with "Wives and Lovers", this is not one of my favourite recordings by him.

Yes, i've done the same and had an un-explainable lapse of memory. Anyway the "Wives and Lovers " preaching lyrics don't thrill me much :x

Of course you are correct with "Stars Fell On Alabama" Marian. Your turn again.
