Hi Sandra,
If you check out The Definitive Track List, accessed from scrolling down beneath the 'News' section, you will find every track Matt ever made listed, and the singles, albums, CDs, DVDs they appear on.
As you'll see, this particular song can only be found on the "Close To You" LP.
Marian :D

It is hard to think of a Jack Jones recording that I do not like--but I hate this song---"DAUGHTER"

Oh I'm sorry, I got all confused, I thought Jeff didn't like Ticket To Ride by The Beatles. Sorry!

Carpenters - Goodbye To Love
It's one of my favourites..... sums up my life too (like Karen's .. one of the reasons why I wish I had met her as I think we had something in common here.....).
The guitar solo is by Tony Peluso, who IIRC was just a session musician. Whether or not you like it may be down to how much you enjoy listening to the electric guitar

One Matt song that has always sounded odd to me is Spanish Eyes............it sounds as though Matt is singing in the wrong key, or Billy May's orchestra is out of tune............... they don't seem to meet during the song, especially at the end
"My Tears Will Fall Now That You're Gone,
I Can't Help But Cry, But I Must Go On" :(

I think we may have mentioned that one before Robert and I totally agree.

Another one is " Walking Back To Happines" Helen Shapiro.... :x

I've got to say also that Matt's "Spanish Eyes" is in my bottom three, along with the two I mentioned on the Spotlight section. Sorry, but I have just never taken to it at all.

Jeff/Paul doesn't seem to like the Beatles. Johnny Mathis made quite a lot of recordings of Beatles songs and overall I do not think they work very well. Beatles tracks by JM I do not care for are:

Michelle
Yesterday
Here There and Everywhere (laboured, to say the least)
The Long and Winding Road (voice sounds really tired on this)

JM recordings of Beatles tracks I like:

Eleanor Rigby
We Can Work It Out
