Well I thought my clue would run and run, but not anymore, as Marian from Reading guessed correctly with "Another Time (ten years ago) - Another Place (in Scotland)" well done Marian, as I thought it was quite a difficult clue 8)

It took quite a bit of thought Robert, I did think it might be something to do with the formation of the Scottish Parliament at one point, but that was apparently 9 years ago. Anyway, then I had a flash of inspiration!! :wink:
