Well my local Cafe Nero is in Tonbridge, so hopefully all is Ok there---I enjoyed my tuna sandwich last week, anyway !!

Mariana, I make a tasty vegetable soup (Weight Watchers Recipe) & it helps me lose weight (5lbs/week) if I have a bowl once daily

BEAN SPROUTS---YUM---i have some , every single day. I do not cook them ,as I hate cooked veg-I just have them raw.

OMG, the only veg I can eat raw is CARROTS :)

I eat all my veg raw---carrots of corse, celery, cabbage, peppers---just everything.
