3. I can think of three but neither were because of age or before I was born but I am listing them anyway. I think Judy's concert was 1961 and I was a child then.

Judy Garland at Carnegie Hall (the album is superb)

Dusty Springfield At Talk Of The Town (when she did her Shirley Temple routine)

Dorothy Squires At London Palladum 1972 (When she did the incredible Irony Of War medley) I am glad it was released on vinyl/cd but how I wish there was a visual record of such an incredible performance.
