Cake in a cup.

You actually make chocolate cake in a coffee mug. Takes about 2 minutes to prepare and 3 minutes in a microwave. If any one wants the recipe, I'll post it. Definitely a YUM!

ACTIMEL---YUM---I have one every single morning---an Actimel is a probiotic yoghurt drink--I prefer the red fruit ones-raspberry, strawberry, cherry. I do not know if they are doing me any good, but they are so delicious !!
