Lena and Harry -- Your question for Can't Take My Eyes Off You does apply, but it's not exactly what I was looking for. Clue: the answer lies within the liner notes of the best Matt Monro release of the past five years!

Another guess anyone?

I don't have a question for Duncombe Road.

Question (Paul's) "Can't Take my Eyes Off You" was included in "The Rare Monro" as it was realised that it had never been recorded by Matt in English.

I have got a feeling I was nearly right, with the Royal Variety Show--but I am still not sure--was I--or was I not ??

That's not a problem about posting a new answer too soon, Marian. :)

This was the question I had in mind for the answer of Can't Take My Eyes Off You:

What popular song from the late 1960s did Matt Monro record only in Spanish and never in English?

Going back to the Royal Variety question Marian, I did explain earlier that you were nearly correct, but you have to guess what the question was that led up to the answer given. Just putting "The Royal Variety Show" wasn't the question. :?

You are quite correct on the Warwick Records Marian, and when Matt began recording for Capitol, Morty Craft was the president of this Canadian Company and he banded with George Martin and took Matt to the top of the charts with "My Kind Of Girl £ while George Martin continued to keep it in the top Ten here in the UK.

QUESTION... What was the full name of the son of singer Matt Monro?

ANSWER....EAMONN ANDREWS
