None of you are correct. But John's is the closest. In case you don't know, Miami Heat is an organisation in the United States. So don't think about the weather or the city anymore. Good luck!

Hi Jeff--I do not think any of us realised that "Miami Heat" was an organisation!! Would it give the game away completely if we knew what sort of an organisation it is ? Could it be something like "British Gas" or "Seeboard" ?? Or to do with the police ?? Or not !!

Yes, if you knew what kind of organisation Miami Heat is, and also kept in mind that Memphis In June and One Morning In May are related to the answer, I am sure you would get it. Miami Heat is not like British Gas or the police! I'm really stumping all of you with this one! :D  :)

I think it must be a Hoagey Carmichael number, but which one I'm not sure.

How about SMALL FRY, the only connection I can think of is frying and heat, and perhaps Miama is large, I am more than likely wrong.

Well, with a little searching, I've found that Miami Heat is a basketball team, so who's going to be first with the answer?? :? :?
Even knowing it, I can't come up with an answer - Row, Row Row.. :?:

This one is going from bad to worse--I am going to try

"You're the top of my hit parade
" on the basis of baseball--hit!!

Maybe Miami Heat is at the bottom of the league and played against Memphis last January.???

But basically, I have no idea!!!

Well done, John, for seeing the connection with Hoagy Carmichael. And the answer is Small Fry, even though your rationale isn't correct.

Marian from Kent: I really liked your rationale for Memphis In January and the hit parade -- very creative.

Marian from Reading is correct: Miami Heat is a basketball team. Who's on a basketball team: a group of really tall men! What is the opposite of a group of very tall men: a "small fry".

Well that was fun seeing all your guesses. I'm glad I challenged you again!

John, it's your turn.
