Guy Mitchell and Frank were singers, so opposite to guy is girl, so another guess "The Girl I Love "

That's why I tried "Hello Dolly" earlier, as I thought of Guy Mitchell - Guys and Dolls, and doll being opposite to guy...but it was wrong!! :? :?
I also thought of Warren Mitchell.

Marian's probably still at her sister's, or may be travelling back today.

Here I am---still in Suffolk----travelling home tomorrow.

You are thinking along the right lines---you have the right Mr Mitchell, and the right Frank.

Try concentrating on Mr Mitchells first name---that is a big clue---and think how Frank is also connected with that name---then you are almost there !!!

Well done-you are boith thinking correctly now---aniother good try Marian, but Lena and Harry---you are CORRECT.

To explain---not Eastenders, is referring to the Mitchell Brothers--which my Mr Mitchell was not one of.

So rest of the clue-----"Mr Mitchell is one--so is Frank"

Mr Mitchell as you realised was a Guy---Frank [Sinatra] was also a Guy--in the film Guys and Dolls---opposite to Guy is therefore Doll---leading us to Jean Simmons, who also starred in the film as a Doll, ---so the answer of course is "JEAN "

Well that was a good one Marian, particularly as we finally came up with the correct answer.  It was finding the right Mitchell and yet amazingly when we mention Frank, we know who it is.

Well heres a quickie and easy one... " returned with triumph"

Yes I thought that was a good clue--I put "Mitchell" in to make it trickier, as I thought just Frank would be guessed straightaway.
