Has anyone got any of the following cds for sale.
Matt Monro- His Finest- Exclusive Marks and Spencer- 2006.
Matt Monro- Portrait of my Love- Marks and Spencer Exclusive 2001.
Does anyone know if these were different tracks or both the same?
Matt Monro- The Collection- Tesco Exclusive 2005.
The Matt Monro Collection HMV Exclusive 1999.
Yesterdays ( 3cd set ) Readers Digest 2000.
What is the song called from "The Wilby Conspiracy" that Matt had a hit with and is it on any cd?

Hi Trevor,
I know the song from The Wilby Conspiracy is All The Wishing in the World and it is definately on The Reader's Digest Box Set Disc 2. If you look on The Definitive Track List it will tell you any others it is on. Hope this helps.

The only other CD All The Wishing in the World is on is Matt Monro Sings Don Black.
The two M&S CDs you mention above have a few of the same tracks, but mostly they are different.

Thank you very much Marian for the information about the song All the Wishing in the World. I have got the cd Matt Sings Don Black so I have already got it without knowing. Thank you also for the information about the two M&S cds- very helpful.
Thank you John for the advice to try e-bay. I have not used them, I mainly stick with amazon but I will certainly have a look.

Hope you find what you're looking for Trevor.
You can occasionally pick up some good bargains on ebay, like the recent "Singer's Singer" sets.

Amazon is very good and in some cases can be a lot cheaper than ebay----but ebay can throw up some surprises !!

I use them both -all the time.

 cdwow.com has a sale now until the 12th of November. This is a good chance to increase your Matt Monro collection or purchase Christmas presents. Matt at the Movies is only 3.99 as is The Collection. (Be sure to look at the second page to find these sales.)

A Time for Love is only 0.99. :!:  8) I'm purchasing a copy for my car! The Very Best of Matt Monro (still one of the best collections) is only 2.99. :D

Thanks for that information Paul-I use CdWow quite a lot--they are as good as Amazon and HMV--perhaps not as big a selection though.

Do CDWOW charge postage to USA, Paul ?

I have bought stuff from Amazon--used and new section, sometimes from US dealers, and they charge just £1.24 from USA--the same as from Uk dealers.

But £1.24 is a fair price for postage from Uk--but excellent for postage from USA.

That is really reasonable Marian, because quite often when I have ordered things from abroad from ebay etc quite often the postage can be almost as much as the item itself, more in some cases.

Amazingly cdwow doesn't charge any postage to the US. They come from Hong Kong. I don't know how they do it. HMV now charges such high postage. And they now charge a high amount for each item. So if I order two CD singles (.99 and 1.99), the total will likely be more than a tenner! :(

I just ordered 3 Matt Monro CDs (one of them the triple disc Matt at the Movies), 2 Doris Day CDs (one of them a double) and a Crystal Gayle CD -- and the total charge was under 14 pounds! I'm quite pleased with my bargain. :D 8)

(Now I'm waiting for an email telling me they are out of stock of everything. :!: )
