If anyone watched Graham Norton last night, that almost became Shameless.
The only reason that we watched it was because the once gorgeous hunk remembered for his great acting ability and his got to have D.A. haircut... Tony Curtis was guest on the show. Ageing isn't always flattering to many of us and we have to say without sounding too unkind, that he's no exception, so there are things in this world that money can't buy.
They did warn viewers of strong language before hand.

I was only thinking about Tony Curtis last night  but I knew he wore a rug for many years, it alway's looked so obvious

'Some like it hot' is one of my fave films, and Tony Curtis was brilliant in that, especially where he ends ups as the Admiral on the yacht. As you say Lena & Harry, we're all getting older, but I was really shocked at his appearance. It was even commented on on Radio 2 this morning!

I was also surprised how David Essex had changed since the last time I saw him.

I also couldn't believe it when I saw Tony Curtis, it was a bit of a shock to say the least, still a great actor though, and obviously was enjoying himself on the show.

Yes, and of course Tony Curtis is coming up to his 83rd Birthday, and we somehow expect them to remain looking pretty much the same. And Marian, we agree, we saw David Essex a few days ago on TV and saw such a change in his appearance.

The last time I saw David Essex, I think it was on "The One Show, :D " I thought he didn't look too bad. At least he had a decent haircut!

Watching "Deal or No Deal" today, the chosen lady Betty, told how she used to be an aerobics instructor, and when she retired she went on to do chair aerobics in a care home. She said when she went in, all the ladies would be sitting slumped in their armchairs clutching their handbags with their bits of jewellery in them, but as soon as she put Matt Monro on, they came alive and really loved it. :D :D :D
Betty went on to win £100,000!

I didn't see that bit Marian, but I did see her win the 100 Grand  :) she deserved it too, as the banker was very stingey at the end. Not a dry eye in the house.
