The very opening of Channel 4 Grand Prix highlights tonight had David Coulthard driving Prince Albert around the Monaco circuit..........accompanied a very familiar tune starting up........On Days Like These with Matts majestic tones .......the feature was pure class by all concerned but especially from the magnificent voice of Matt Monro .......a magnificent song and a magnificent voice that did give the feature pure CLASS :D :D

Decided to catch up with the new series TINA AND BOBBY only to hear a fair portion of Matt singing THIS IS THE LIFE! Fabulous :D :D :D

AND the end of the programme has just faded out with Matt singing CHARADE :D

Let's face it, Matt's songs can fit in any scenario and they are from the right era too. :D :D

Problem is that there isn't any footage of Matt with M&W. He did a sketch on the first BBC series, but that is gone unfortunately. The episode where he sand "Thanks (to the Lord)" he didn't interact with them.
There is some cine film of them with Matt though that if I remember rightly is used in Matt Jnr's show.
