Montgomery Clift passed away from "coronary artery disease" - it was James Dean who was killed in car accident :(

Thanks Robert--yes i did remember James Dean, being killed in a car crash-I thought Montgomery Clift did too, I realise now that i was mistaken.

Montgomery Clift should never have died with a mate like Sinatra.
I'm just thinking of "From Here To Eternity" :(

Watched an old favourite of ours last night, the film of "For The Love Of Ada" with Irene Handl and Wilfred Pickles. Brilliant! :D

What's the funniest film you have ever seen, John (or anyone else for that matter!)?

That's a difficult one Gray, I'll have to think about that one. I think "Sailor Beware" would be near the top of the list, plus of course some of the Carry On films.

I think one of the funniest films that I have ever seen has to be "Some like it hot"----and the "Road" films with Bing Crosaby and Bob Hope.

Just watched 'GANGSTER NO.1'-a bit too'odd'for my taste and rather gruesome.
Followed by'THE DEPARTED' w.Matt Damon ,Leonardo Di Caprio,Alec Baldwin,Mark Wahlberg and a very threatening 'Frank Costello'(Jack Nicholson).
£1:50 each in local RSPCA shop!
