Music you sing along to - in the car, bath, when hoovering..

What are you playing in the background.

In view of several recent bloomers,  an urgent meeting should be called to decide if it now time for Robert to step down from his current position and place him alongside the rest of us missed key tappers, poor spellers etc, etc. ???

He definately needs dusting off and repositioning Lena and Harry. He's been in that lofty position far too long

The first repositioning is getting him out of bed Marian. We've a feeling he is still horizontal right now.

It's evening, and yes.................................I'm here

I think your "horizontal" wording was a trifle rude L&H, a double entendre :?:

Yes, I did make a couple of slight mistakes last night   as I was catching up on the posts of the past couple of days. It must be an age thing :( :( but as I am well behind most of the others (age wise) on this MM website, I know I am not yet as "befuddled" as most of you lot are

Yes Gray, I did like most of David Cassidys song's in the 70's. David was a teenybob idol in those day's, but I found his music very likeable :) :)

L&H, a "piny" is another word for an "apron"

Hi Robert---I think that Lena and Harry were being very tactful, and suggesting that the right spelling could be "Pinny".

I nearly mentioned the spelling in the above post Marian, as I wasn't sure if it had two p's or not......................................oh well, two p or not two p............................as someone once said

Robert, you did make me smile with that last posting, but it has one P and two N's.

Horizontal.. RUDE. Robert  DOUBLE ENTENDRE.. . We've led very sheltered lives, and so have had to look it up in the dictionary.
Horizontal was a word used every day in our Geometry lessons at school but we definitely never used the word piny. overalls, dungarees, yes!!
However in spite of your slight mistakes and you have taken this so well   perhaps we should reconsider your vital position.  nearly said horizontal there.

To start the day of course I'm listening to Matt Monro... The second CD of "The Rare Monro".. haven't listened to this too often as I always seem to stick with the first CD, but I'm gradually being won over..to the fantastic recordings on this disc too.

Marian
