What's In Your CD Player/iPod/MP3/Computer/Hi Fi, Right Now?

What are you playing in the background.

Listened to the Magic Gold Jukebox on Magic radio this afternoon, they played Matts Portrait of My Love and Julie Rogers The Wedding............nice :)

Listening to Russell Davies tonight he played Skylark by Maude Maggert accompanied by Jamie Cullen on piano, and said that the song was written by Johnny Mercer, but I always thought Hoagy Carmichael wrote the song ? .............didn't Matt sing the song on the Hoagy Carmichael album ?

I will have to check out the stage productions of Carousel, Marian .................I love the film soo much I bought the re-mastered CD OST........... the songs sound gorgeous of course, but it just is not the same as listening to them while watching them in the context of the movie :) .................it is sometimes easier to just put a CD on to listen too in the background rather than sit down and watch a whole film.

Johnny Mercer wrote the lyrics Robert, and Hoagy Carmichael wrote the music, and yes, Skylark is on the Hoagy Carmichael album.

Robert - one of my favourites is The Late Late Show but I am now torn between this and The Greatest. I really love both of these cds.

I am listening to Around the World at the moment. Lovely.
