Anyway we can't win them all, maybe he's tone deaf !!!
As Marian said, Pauls real name is Jeff, but he uses Paul on here  ...........we sometimes call him Jeff (well I do) :)

Also, Gray did state not too long ago that he tried to get Paul/Jeff into the whole Dusty In Memphis album, but to no avail, even though Paul/Jeff is a Dusty fan.

Mariana - Yes I do know the song "Remember When" by Alan Jackson. My twin nephews performed it for my folks 50th anniversary party back in 2007, and now this past Friday was their 54th.

Karl - Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas did record a version of "When You Walk In The Room", it's on the American lp "Trains and Boats and Planes".

Listening to Matt Monro - The Singer's Singer 4 cd set. I loved Michele's liner notes especially about the Philippine album's hole being off center. Yep typical of the albums over their and very low quality. After a few plays they got really scratchy. You were lucky to get an import copy of something which is what I always held out for even it was costly. Though at times I didn't have a choice and had to settle for a locally pressed copy. :x :x :x .

I love the sound quality to the set and it sounds really awesome on the home stereo. My Dad and Mom said it was like Matt was there singing live. So kudos to Richard and Michele for the remastering process!! Love it guys!!

At the Fans Reunited and Book launch, Paul had Jeffrey Paul on his name tag and Paul on his socks, emblazoned with a glittery Union Jack! :D

Listening to the Singer's Singer cd box set again. I just noticed on Disc 1 Track 23 and 24 is listed as "The Imposible Dream" and "Over The Rainbow" however when you play the disc it's the other way around. Anyone else's cd like that. Oh well just a minor error, but over all I love the box set.

I find the Dusty In Memphis album completely overrated. The songs are weak. It bothers me when critics praise an album and then it becomes a classic. The listener should decide what they like.

My name tag had my first name and surname. Wasn't the font so cool on those name tags? I've kept mine. (I'm used to really boring fonts on name tags for classes at work.) "Paul" wasn't on my name tag at all. That's what confused Peter. My full name is in The Singer's Singer acknowledgements. I do like those Paul socks though! :) It's my middle name so I should get some use out of it.
