Ella Fitzgerald's Great American Songbook: like the Irving Berlin/Rodgers and Hart stuff, not so keen on the Duke Ellington songs.

As a late birthday gift I'm listening to the new Beatles box set called "The American Albums". Honestly I can't tell any difference except the sound is much clearer than the ones issued back in 2006. It's a good trip memory lane as this is how I originally heard the Beatles in my childhood.

Richard Anthony at the moment. I hadn't heard of him before, someone sent me a cd of his, good French singer.

John I've enjoyed Richard Anthonhy's music for many years, I even have some vinyl and several cd's. He was obviously a Dusty fan as he recorded her songs in English, French & Italian.

He also recorded a great version of If I Love You from Carousel in English.

By the way I am a huge fan of Johnny Hallyday too and think he has a wonderful voice.
