Forget Gone With The Wind, forget The Godfather, just over two weeks to go before the opening of the most eagerly anticipated (in my house anyway) movies ever: THE DAMNED UNITED.

Hi Lena
I think the book portraited Mr Clough as a bit of a drinker, which the family took exception to.
Also, they say the book was a total work of fiction, something that was confirmed to me by an ex-Leeds United & England legend just a month ago!
However, the film is about Leeds and whilst I won't enjoy watching Leeds United get beat in the film (art immitating real life
) I am so excited somebody has made a film of my beloved team.

I've just read a review that said the poor actor who plays Billy Bremner has the most unfortunate Scottish 'See You Jimmy' ginger wig plonked on his head.

But saying all this, it's still going to be the only film worth seeing this decade.

I've already got three seperate visits with friends planned in the opening week.
I wonder if cinemas sell season tickets
