Just got an advanced promo copy of Dusty Springfield "The Silver Collection" on vinyl from my friend at the record store that I go to. Although impressive that it's pressed on 180gm vinyl, not too thrilled with the sound quality and the cover is pretty plain also. Just the same artwork of the cd except enlarged.

Dusty - The Silver Collection (nothing plain about the sleeve and the sound is great, my only gripe is housing the records sleeves in a paper sleeve when they should be poly-lined, vinyl is expensive poly-lined sleeves are better for reducing static. Universal take note and stop being so cheap ! )
