What Movies Have Been Playing On Your DVD/Video Lately?
My scariest film was called "The Fiends", but I think it was also released later under another name--this was a very long time ago, and I guess with the things that are shown these days, it would not be that scary---but on saying that, I would not want to watch it again !!!
Also that is probably the only scary film that I have seen !!

I think they made a film of that Marian
as I have mentioned before, when I was younger Whatever Happened to Baby Jane scared the heck out of me........................and still does
I don't take much scaring, as those Friday night late films in the 70's, Frankenstein and Dracula etc..........did exactly the same thing, but I still watched them

I very well remember going to the cinema and seeing Peter Lorre in "The Beast With Five Fingers" with a crowd of friends from our road Gray. We practically occupied Two rows of seats and then someone mentioned that the pub would be open now and we all got up together to leave much to the annoyance of the other patrons. All for a glass of Brown Ale for the blokes and a Babycham for us girls. We really knew how to live it up

Hi Lena
So you went to see The Beast with Five Fingers and you may of been getting the best of two fingers from the cinema audience as you left
(I'm glad to hear that my memory isn't deceiving me and there was a movie called The Beast With Five Fingers).
Marian
I remember seeing Jaws way back in '76 on holiday in Cornwall.
My mum was really worried I would be scared but I'd begged her to see it (no I wasn't 24 at the time, I was only a tot
).
Anyway, I loved the film, every minute, but my mum was the one terrified

Hi Marian
Don't Look Now is a very deep film and very well made.
I find it fascinating.
I sneaked into a screening of A Nightmare On Elm St (it was an '18' rating and I was underage) upon it's release.
It really unsettled me.
The Omen is a super film movie, I really like it.
Have you ever seen a film from the 60's called The Haunting?
It was made by Robert Wise who directed The Sound of Music and West Side Story - I find it very creepy.
