Are there any rare tracks in this 3 cd boxset? I see it on ebay very often nowadays.

The rare tracks on this collection which I don't think can be found on any other cd releases are as follows:

"I Love The Little Things", "You Bring Out The Best In Me", and Matt's original version (not Matt & Matt Jnr) of "I Close My Eyes & Count To Ten"

Also "Just Yesterday."

Notice that an engineering error (I assume) has slowed down the "Unchained Melody" track by several seconds and terribly changed the pitch and quality of Matt's voice. There was a radio station several years ago that did the same thing to all Matt's songs and believe me, they heard about it a lot. (But never fixed the problem.)
