Hi Marian, yes i've just realised that you posted on the Comic Relief.
We know the show is for a worthy cause, but if only Tim Vine had been taught the correct beat and timing for this song. :) :)

Hello Len and Harry and Fans

Yes, we heard Matt mentioned when Tim Vine tried to sing the "Impossible Dream" last night, they called Matt the boss and quite right too.
I wish they would have few snippets on Emmerdale and Neighbours, as they are the only two soaps we watch, perhaps Michele can arrange it when she has nothing else to do.

In USA, we are at the mercy of what PBS will show. Last year sometime, a BBC production, "Murder In Suburbia", the two female detectives finally caught the murder of a neighbor. He is a somewhat famous actor, who played a detective in another series. I'm rambling, forgive me. But, when they went to his house, he was playing "Fly Me To The Moon" from a Matt Monro LP. I don't know if the producers were trying to make us think the actor was in a "time warp", or that they liked Matt and included it in the episode. Anyone else see this series?

If I remember correctly grandpajan the actor from "Murder In Suburbia" is Edward Woodward, who also starred in the TV series The Equaliser a few years ago  He is also quite a decent singer, having released albums singing the standards.
