Hi Val--this site is very clever, and there are lots of things it will do.
Firstly, if you want to find a particular post, you can go to "Search " at the top of the page, and enter a phrase or name or word, which may help.
If you are looking for one of your own posts, go to "Member List", find your own name and click on it, you will come to a page about you. Under the number of posts is a Link -"Find all posts by ??". When you click on that, it will give the first couple of lines of each post, plus wherabouts that post is. Once you have found your post, you can delete it easily. At the top right corner of your posting is a button maked "Edit" with a "X" by the side. Click on the "X" and your post will be deleted. If you click on edit, then you can change your post if you want to.

Hope this helps--Marian

Hi Val--believe me, I'm not that good--I learn by the process of making a lot of mistakes on the way--I usually get there in the end though
