We agree with all your comments Marian and Maureen and Harry :D
How proud Michele and Matt must be to hear how highly thought of Matt still is after an unbelievable 29 years. :D
Hope that we get to hear what Richard had to say sometime in the future.

I did listen to BBC Radio 2 to "Listen Again" on the "East Side Men" program on their website....
Thanks for your suggestion as I didn't know I could download this radio station over here....
I will look for more pop programs on this website in the future.

It was a wonderful programme and I know we all already knew the story but still great to hear again.

And lovely to hear how well thought of he was with the other contribution's.

And I agree with you Sandra Michele and Matt must be so proud of their wonderful dad.

I too hope we can hear what Richard had to say sometime.

Great Programme

Been Sooooo busy, !!! but listened late last night. A nicely presented programme by Barbara Windsor who is a big fan of Matt's, and some worthy tributes to Matt from class singers and songwriters to DJs who had worked with Matt and praised his incomparable talent.
To us fans it was mainly repeated and familiar stories of Matt's life and career, but nevertheless nice to know that he is still admired and revered by so many.
Now to hear Richards would be a nice follow up treat . :)

Following Gardeners Question Time from *Weymouth*, trailer for BBC
Radio Four Pick of the Week at 18:15 mentioned Matt.
Any ideas?

Yes, A Clip from the Barbara Windsor programme was featured in Pick Of The Week. - If you want to hear it on iplayer it's about 30 minutes in, but there is nothing new.
