Well, as we do not know what age Val is, maybe it does include us all !!

Send in a pic, Val, so that Robert does not get too big-headed, just because he looks young

Hi Val---you are just encouraging Robert

Actually I did not know how to put my picture on, but I scanned one in, and just emailed it to "Murph" his details are on the site--on the news page I think---and then, by magic--he does it all for you.

But its ok if you do not want to--after all, you could be like our Robert and send one in that was taken 40 years ago

Just join in with the fun!! You are doing well so far.

Hi Mariana44, Val and everyone. See I said Val was talking about me   or Hilary or Mike et al   . (Definitely not Lena and Harry, obviously)
So i'm not as young as I look :( :( :( :( but my photo wasn't taken that long ago, or was it. :?: :?: No, of course it wasn't, as colour photograph's were very rare 40 year's ago.

Hello Lena and Harry and all. Did you see my edited version of my above post Lena and Harry.??
I will come clean about the photograph. It was taken in the late 80's or early 90's, so it wasn't that long ago. It was about the only photo I had to send in, as I am very very very very camera shy.

Hi Robert, OK we'll split the difference in the years and say that photo was taken around 1990, so that was roughly 16 years ago. Tell you what, that could be our next thread "Guess Robert's Age"

Hi Lena and Harry--Robert did give us a clue to his "real" age, some time ago---and as I am a mathematical genius   , I believe I worked it out---but I could be wrong....Plus he may be another year older since then--

I think we will have to continue thinking of him as the "Peter Pan" of this Forum.   Is that Ok, Robert ????

Hello Mariana44, Lena and Harry and everyone. That's fine by me Mariana44, as I do not look much older now. :D :D
To give Lena and Harry that clue again. When England won the World Cup in 1966, my age then was #no.?? Downing Street. Quite easy really.

Hi Val---firstly , yes If you want to ask a question, just post a new topic----look at all the sections, and decide which one would be best--say, for instance "Matt on TV" , then when you get into that page, before you go into all the little sections, at the top is a lttle button saying "New Topic". Just click on that , and you will get the "New Topic" board---at the top is a space for you to put the header for your new topic, then you fill in the rest , as usual. Or you could do it, straight from the bottom of this page, where you will se a "New topic" button. and do the same as above.

As for your photo, if you have it scanned ito your computer, all you need to do is send an email to murph@lagos.me.uk---explain what you want., who you are etc.

At the bottom of your email should be something that says "Attach File"

Click on that, and you will probably get a browser window---you need to find the file where your scanned photo is--once you have found the file, click on it, and it will attach itself to your email--then send it.

I hope it works for you, as I am no expert myself. Good Luck.

Hi Mariana44, Val and everyone. You explained about sending the photo better than I could have done Martiana44, as I had to get my son to do mine for me.

Val are you trying to give my age away.

So Robert, you are very very young, very very camera shy, and if our old brain boxes are ticking over very very accurately, you could be very very Fifty- at least. But that's alright Robert
That figures, so you were about Thirty Four in the photo. 8) So, as you're setting some of our new members hearts all a flutter forget about your shy hidden modesty  is there any one famous that you can think of that you resemble, you know some one like George Clooney, Robert Redford, men who mature handsomely and look dignified and debonaire in late middle age.
We can't wait for this one
