Yes, we've seen it Three times today and followed by other stores hoping to cash in this Easter. Kwik-Fit, B & Q, and desperate DFS Furniture hoping to out-do Harveys :lol: :lol:

The Harvey ad has also been on ITV Wales - will it be released as a single? Michele may have info on this? In my Dean Martin Act one of the most popular songs of recent years is Sway - and you'll remember that was used in a commercial a few years ago. Matt in the Top 40 again - WHY NOT!!!!!

Hi Bill, our friends in Bridgend rang us to that they had seen the advert too.
Be great to have it as a single :lol: Dean Martin's recording of "Sway" on the 78 rpm was one of the first records that we bought of his. with "Pretty As A Picture" on the flip side. :lol: :lol:

Hi Lena and Harry,
Good to hear from you! I've no show tonight, although I've been talking into a mic for 7 hours at ASDA Swansea today, so it's nice to relax for a change. That Pretty as a Picture is a classic but I can't get the backing track anywhere! The Bridgend lot will be tanned by now as the weather this week has been Marjorcan! I start a busy campaign from next Sunday with 5 shows in 12 days or so, but the bottle of wine is open tonight! Have a Happy and Healthy Easter.

We were in our nearest Asda on Wednesday Bill making use of the special offers, but from our own personal sampling, ruling out any of their own named pastry or pie products, :( :( :(

That's what we thought too John. Intensive marketing, just for the Easter weekend.
Good idea to bring it out as a single though, if enough people have noticed it and start asking about the singer, as is usual with these ads. :lol:

Yes--that often happens with tunes that are used in ads--people who do not know those tracks, like them, and ask about them---and suddenly they are a big hit.

This one of Matt's definately deserves that . too.

Harveys Furniture store

We have heard Matt singing on the Harveys furniture advert. Pity it wasn't another store he was singing for, as we had a lot of problems with furniture purchased from our local store and it is still ongoing after 6 years. Never mind you cannot beat Matt's voice and it is lovely to hear any time.

Will anyone be at Littlecote house on the 20th, if so we will see you there.

Len and Freda, Sorry to hear about your problems with Harveys.
This may be something unusual but of course, no consolation to you both. When we ordered our suite of furniture from " Less For Leather" from the same vicinity of our nearest Harvey's , and it didn't arrive on time. It came a week later than originally promised and after a special family party had been and gone, with a complete pack of Three beautiful polished veneer tables as a gesture of apologies. :shock: :shock: We have just heard the advert again, by the way.
Have a great time at Littlecote, you are great supportive fans. :lol: :lol:
