Old 45's vinyls

Post by len & freda » Tue Aug 21, 2007 9:51 am

Hi Folks

Whilst on holiday in Hastings, spent nearly an hour in a old record shop, searching for any of the great man's records, managed to find three singles.

Parlophone recording, You're the top of my Hit parade and Portrait of my Love, date written on 1983 and signed by EJH.

Parlophone again,Around the World and Walk Away, date 1964

Capitol, If there ever is a Next Time and You've made me so Happy date written on 1977 and again signed byEJH.

Please Robert M, nose to the ground once again, who the devil is EJH>

The owner of the shop has promised if he finds anymore, he will telephone us

Sorry L&F but I cannot help you on this matter. I have checked the initials EJH on the internet, but nothing seems to fit in with MM

I've quite often found, some people wrote their own initials on their record collections, especially from the fifties and sixties when records were loaned to friends. Maybe EJH was whoever owned the records.
