Just heard on the news about a huge freak wave hitting the Marco Polo on it's way home and an 82 year old man being killed.
Isn't this the ship that Michele is on? Do hope that she is o.k.

Yes Sandra, Michele should be on the Marco Polo until tomorrow when she transfers to the Oceana. That's according to her schedule in the 'News' this month. Hope she is okay, as you say.

Hi.... I've seen the news re-Marco Polo. I thought Michele is now on the P&O Cruises,
Marco Polo from June ?
I made a note of Michele's Cruising, just in case I could join at any time
Anyway, very sad at what has happened.

From Sazsa, she said Michele is due home tomorrow and then off again. Apparently she is "shaken but not stirred!"

Thanks for the info Marian. Pleased to know that Michele is ok.
As Frank would serenade us, ...It's very nice to go travelling, well, I'll stick to the old Terra Firma

I just read the man's widow is saying the ship was badly maintained and that the wave crashed through four windows killing her husbnd almost instantly.

Does anyone other than yourself know what you're talking about?

A much-loved instigator of this very forum most likely would get the gist.
Particularly one whose new horizons involve seafaring...
Use your loaf for once,Karl.

Don for once in your life you should practice what you preach and keep your cryptic, sarcastic and obnoxious remarks to yourself.
I for one find you a very nasty person who makes a habit of twisting the most innocent of posts into something only you understand, you never seem to offer any words of comfort to anyone during a sad time but instead you opt to type out nasty comments mostly in riddles.
There's a very nice bunch of people here but you are not among them.
