In Memory

Our dear friend of the forum John, has lost a very close relative just a couple of days ago, his Aunt Edith, and he sends his apologies if he isn't on the forum very often for the next week or so. He is sure you will all understand how he is feeling at this sad time.
From all John's accounts, Aunt Edith was a wonderful lady who lived life to the full. She shared many memorable times with John, happy holidays spent together, as well as many good times at home.
Along with his Uncle Wright, they were a great couple, and Aunt Edith will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sad to recount, she suffered a great deal over the last months of her life, which caused great pain to herself and her family. Also the care she received in hospital was of a very poor standard that should not exist these days.
In her last few days however she was moved to a Nursing Home where she received excellent care and attention, but sadly it was for all too short a time.
Rest in peace Aunt Edith.

Marian.

We were also so sad to hear of Johns dearest Aund Edith passing away quite suddenly, even though she had been hospitalised, it is always so hard to come to terms when you lose a loved one
His Uncle Wright will also find it so difficult to realise that he has lost his beloved wife after a long and happy life together.
She was obviously a very special lady and we know what she meant to John, who was extremely fond of her and was so caring towards her in so many ways.
We are thinking of you John.

I'd just like to take a moment to thank the members of the forum who have left their lovely messages.
It has been a difficult few weeks for us, indeed for my Uncle and the rest of the family. The treatment my Aunt got at the hospital was awful to say the least, however her final few days she got the loving care that she needed in a nursing home.
Needless to say, we are all going to miss her tremendously, we have been very close throughout my life and I thank her for all the countless happy times we have shared.
A very big thankyou to Lena , Harry, Marian, Peter and Mariana for all their wonderful support over the past few months. You have helped to keep my spirits up a great deal.
