Do we know how many of us there will be at this event?

I've tried to keep a mental list of who's attending---based on what I've read here. It's currently at 12.

Are the gentlemen wearing jackets and ties? I know I've asked this before and Michele mentioned that people don't dress for the theatre much anymore. I'd prefer not to bring a suit on the airplane, but I don't want to be the only person not in a jacket and tie.

I've been meaning to ask that too. I will wear a jacket and tie because I'm a bit old fashioned about these things, and I don't wear a tie everyday anymore, but I would suggest that you wear what you feel comfortable in. :D

Looking forward to seeing you all at Fans Reunited. We have 60 people coming and would advise smart/casual. The main thing is that you are comfortable. I presume several people will wear jacket and tie but it is not obligatory.

Could someone tell me how far it is from Hayes and Harlington station to the theatre, i.e is it walkable or is there a tube which is nearer?

Marian - I plan to research how I can get from The Strand in London to the Premier Travel Inn. I would prefer to just take buses, but I may have to take the Tube or the Rail. So I'll be researching that next week and provide the details. I'm not sure which is the closest train station to the hotel. I would send them a message, but I can't find their e-mail address. I'll keep searching and keep you updated. I know that the hotel is 0.5 miles from the theatre.

Here is the information Michele provided on the location of the theatre.

Well, we've now finalised our travel arrangements for the Fan Club Meet. We're going by coach to Heathrow and then getting the bus to Hayes. We did contemplate travelling to Hayes via Reading on the train but it's cheaper by coach and,as we are wrinklies (no doubt Robert will have something to say about that :) :) we go for half price! And we are staying overnight at the Premier Travel Inn so if there are a few of us staying there, we could have a drink in the evening maybe? :?:

Hi Edgar-I am staying at the Premier travel Inn--I have just stayed in 3 different ones in Manchester and Birmingham, and they have been brilliant . I think Paul is also staying, but I am not sure who else--a drink after the show sounds great!

Look forward to seeing you and Mrs "Edgar" and everyone else !
