I have been working as a taxi driver here in Cobh, Co. Cork Ireland for over 14 years, but in the past 2 years I have lucky enough to release my first album and have followed this with concerts both in Ireland and America. My most recent concert was in Cork and I was so humbled to receive a standing ovation when I did a special dedication to Matt Monro, whose music has inspired me for a long time. of Matt Monro occurred circa 1957 while visiting
my country cousins in Brinny, a few miles from
my home town of Bandon. My proud claim to be
the longest-serving devotee of Matt's music
currently remains uncontested:
