Hi Michele--yes I do read the articles. Not sure who is my favourite., Nor who I would like to see featured. I enjoy some of the competitions.

1. I read the articles if it's someone I'm interested in.

2. Sammy Davis Jnr has been my favourite.

3. Dickie Valentine, Scott Walker, Michael Holliday, Mary Hopkin, Brotherhood Of Man, New Seekers, Cilla Black, Shirley Bassey, George Martin, Johnnie Spence, Dusty Springfield, Petula Clark, Lulu.

4. So far, the competitions haven't interested me.

We do read the articles and look at most of these sections including the spotlight, particularly liked Sammy Davies Jr 's and have entered some of the competitions and won one of them
We agree with Mark's comment on .... The spotlight on Frank Sinatra. it is brilliant :D

Hi Michele--could we have "Spotlight on Johnny Mathis" in September. He is actually over here in September doing a 4 concert tour, for the first time in over 10 years. Plus it is his 70th birthday on September 30th. And also this year he is celebrating 50 years of singing.

I am afraid because of the vast amount of work needed to maintain the site, my special guests are picked several months in advance. Next month, August we are Spotlighting Joe Longthorne, then Johnnie Mathis and then Tony Bennett.
I take all your suggestions on board and do try to please everyone.

Will be nice to see spotlighting on the courageous Joe Longthorne, a great singer and a great entertainer to watch. :)
Will also look forward to the legendary Johnny Mathis and Tony Bennett. :) :)
