Did you realise this area was a shop?
Have you ever bought anything here?
Was the service good or bad?
Do you like the merchandise offered?

Yes, I did realise this was a shop, I have not bought anything from there.

I had no idea this was a shop. I likely wouldn't buy anything because I prefer to go to shops and not buy over the internet.

Shop Items

Some of the merchandise in the shop is exclusive to this site and not available in any shop. This would apply to the Fan Club teddy bears, jigsaw puzzles, 20th anniversary commemorative plate etc, it also applies when we offer special items like the Christmas CD which was only available on the website and Matt Jn's tour.

I seriously want a jigsaw puzzle - every time I look at this section, I hope that there's still one left! "Money's too tight to mention" may be my theme song at the moment, but once it's not, I hope they're still there! Great that they're exclusive to this site, though!
