Special days in July.

Seeing that we are such a close knit family, I thought it would be nice if you let us know the dates in the year that are special to you.

Thank you Lena and Harry.
Our son in law was doing the punting and at one point lost the pole, and the two grandchildren who had small paddles, had to paddle back to retrieve it.
Great fun, but relaxing too on such a gorgeous day. :D :D

Hi Marian

Glad to hear that Peter enjoyed his birthday. I had meant to make sure I said 'happy Birthday' at the right time, having seen you mention it at the beginning of the month. However, I forgot! so please pass on my belated greetings to him

Just happened to spot that it is 4 years today, that John became the first member of this forum, just 2 weeks after it opened.

Well done John for hanging in there still, and for being such a loyal , helpful , informative and most importantly a good friend to us all here on the Forum--and especially to me!

[sorry this was posted in June by mistake]

Yes, well done John, how that time has flown by, but it's been such a pleasure and a privilege knowing you and your knowledge and dedication to Matt's music never fails to amaze us.
You are appreciated for always being around on the forum sharing in the discussions and the fun, but most of all for being a lovely friend to us both :) :)

Thankyou as well Lena and Harry, you too are wonderful friends, always a pleasure to see you on the forum and to speak to you both, and thanks for everything you've done for us. I can't believe it's been four years either, it's soon gone, hasn't it? :D

Also a super friend to Peter and myself too. As with the others, your wonderful knowledge both of the music of Matt Monro and many other topics is just amazing. Well done on being such a loyal and dedicated friend of the forum, as well as ourselves. :D :D :D
