special days in August

Seeing that we are such a close knit family, I thought it would be nice if you let us know the dates in the year that are special to you.

Today is the 14th anniversary of my Aunt Bunty I am sure she held on until after my birthday so as not to let me down, yesterday was also the birthday of my late cousin Carol.

A belated Happy Birthday Karl glad you had good Birthday
On the 6th of August would have been our daughter Deborah's Birthday we do miss her very much.

You will always miss her Christine, I think I miss family members more and more and the ending of Mamma Mia brought tears to my eyes, won't spoil it for people it was beautifully done but rather too close to home especially on my birthday.

Visited the cemetery today for my grannys birthday, she and my mum & dad are all in the same plot and my Aunt Bunty is in the next row but further down so the vases are full of flowers once more.

Thank you John. I was only 16 when my granny died - what an impact she must have made on my life and I still miss her and remember the great times in her company.
