It was my Brother-In- law Frank's 89th Birthday on Friday.
The fittest 89 year old we know
We celebrated the day today at the Grimsdyke Hotel, Harrow Wheald, former home where W.S Gilbert of the Gilbert and Sullivan operas lived
A guided tour of this beautiful country house and grounds was followed by an excellent tea of finger sandwiches, home baked scones with cream and Jam, pots of tea, fruit cake followd by ice cream in the music room, and finally a concert of songs from the Gilbert and Sullivan Yeoman Of The Guard with Eight superbly trained singers.
Highly recommended.

Sounds just perfect--and well done to Frank for reaching such a ripe old age.

My beautiful daughter Cate is 5 years old tomorrow (24th).

I am sure that Cate will have a very special day.

Tomorrow would also have been my dad's birthday-he would have been 105 years old !!!

Just 100 years older than Cate .....

It's also my cousin Glorias Birthday, and our friend Joan, both in their Eighties.
