50th Birthday

Seeing that we are such a close knit family, I thought it would be nice if you let us know the dates in the year that are special to you.

50th Birthday

Hi, I'm Robert Humphries and my 50th Birthday will be on the 6th December,2011. I was born in Cape Town, South Africa. I live in Cardross nr Loch Lomond in Scotland and my wife Gwynneth and I will be celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary on the 17th July. We have one daughter Niamh Orla.

Welcome Robert. Good to have you on board, and to learn a little about you and your family. I think you might be our first member from South Africa, even though you live in Scotland now.
There are lots of topics for you to catch up with, mostly to do with Matt and his music of course, but lots of other things too.
We are a very friendly bunch and we hope you'll join in with anything that interests you

It is very interesting that your wife has a Welsh name, and your daughter a beautiful Irish name-and you all live in Scotland .

Perhaps one of you will have to add an "A" on the end, like I did, so we know the difference-so one of you could become Roberta---oh, dear---maybe not such a good idea. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Just call me Rob. I love playing golf but it got very confusing when my two golfing partners were also called Robert. We were always getting disqualified from Medal games for playing the wrong ball.
