Karl, I'd love to, but you need to come out here sometime..hey did you like the beef, chicken or pork ones.. LOL!!! Ok, so it's only 9:52 am here, it's my day off and I've already had a white chocolate magnum bar as it's about 85 degrees outside, really warm and the sun is out. May have to go take a drive down to the beach!!!

Robert, in yep it should be winter, but California is so bizzare...then again San Diego boasts it's "America's Finest City" and it is! It's almost always beach weather. I love it!! Though I hate it when it rains and when there is fog because all the crazies come out of the wood work and speed like there is no tomorrow!!

Eman, We do really need rain along the California coast as it's been 40 days without rain from San Rafael to the Mexican Border!

My New Year's Resolution was to lose 15 lbs before Knee Replacement Surgery in late March, but so far I've only lost one pound!

Henry, I'm all for rain as long as I don't have to drive through it! You know how crazy California drivers get with a little rain. Took another drive to the beach after mass and had a nice lunch in Del Mar! Keep us posted on your surgery and hope you get better quick!! My friend had knee replacement surgery last year when she was working in Germany. Her daughter had to go over and care for her. She's much better now!!

To have a knee replacement is one very good reason for losing weight Henry. The less pressure on that joint the better.
Good luck with the surgery.

Quite a few of my friends have had hip replacements--all very successful--not so many knee operations.

Hi Sandra,
sorry for not getting back sooner, i have been on a ship. As far as i know i am not there with Nick, but hopefully will be there with the Squads or Kings Of swing at some point. I have had no firm dates although the agent has said it is on the list of our venues. As soon as i know i will post or email.

Thanks

Mark
