I am delighted after months of discussions that the BBC are to host a special tribute programme on dad. This will take place live on Friday 8 October at the Mermaid Theatre in London, whilst also going out live in BBC Radio2 on 'Friday Night is Music Night between 8.00pm - 10.00pm.

The show will be hosted by Paul Gambaccini and will feature the 60 piece BBC Orchestra. The full line up will be announced very soon but I am sure my brother will be popping in for a couple of songs.

I have been given 20 tickets for the show and anyone interested should apply to michele@mattmonro.com giving your full name and address. These details WILL be passed onto the BBC for them to dispatch your tickets.
