With Nelson Riddle in the headlines at the moment, I would just like to let you know that he was one of the music arrangers for the 1956 Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein film musical Carousel, starring Gordon MacRae, Shirley Jones and Cameron Mitchell (who many years later found more fame as one of the brothers in the TV series The High Chaparell).
