Great to hear from you Ed! That sure was a quick answer. Many thanks. 1965?! Wow, I wasn't even born yet. Probably, I'm still on the foreplay stage. I'm so happy for you, Ed. You were able to witness our Great Matt Monro in action. Surely, it was a magical experience.

I've been looking for more of our idol's songs in several local music bars here but unfortunately they only have "The Heartbreakers" album to show me. Perhaps I should look further. To date I have 176 songs already. And still trying hard to get 145+ more based on MM website's English songbook. Wish me luck.

RALPH, YOU HAVE "FLEA" MARKETS THERE DON'T YOU?
I KNOW THIS FELLOW FROM ENGLAND HAS BOUGHT SEVERAL HUNDRED CDS THERE (AND I MIGHT SAY AT A HEFTY PRICE),
HE GETS THEM FROM HIS FRIEND WHO IS MARRIED TO A PHILIPPINO LADY AND EVIDENTLY MAKES TRIPS FROM ENGLAND QUITE FREQUENTLY.
BEST--ED

Hi Ed, you just gave me an idea. I haven't tried searching the "flea" market yet 'cause of the frequent raids. You know, the anti-piracy campaign. Just to give you an idea, almost every corner here sells pirated CDs and DVDs. Thats how rampant piracy is here. I don't buy pirated materials though. However, I know a legit record bar that sells recopies of music of yesteryears. I might be lucky enough to find a great number of Matt's songs there.

Best regards and thanks,
RD
