Help with song composer

Can any of you guys tell me who composed the following song's
All from The Ultimate Matt Monro
track 4. I Can't Stop Loving You
track 19. Hey
track 21. I Am

I have catalogued my entire music collection filling in composer e.t.c
but cant's find any info on these tracks
