Marian et al - We are definitely into tea in the US. We sometimes have a proper English tea at 4:00 in the afternoon at work. We haven't done Elevenses yet (too close to lunch). I love Yorkshire tea, but it's too bulky to take back in my suitcase. So I buy Twinings, Lipton, or whatever is on sale in the US---in black, green, chamomile, and mint. I'm not too fond of chocolate and only tried Cadbury's on a British Airways flight. Please don't get me started ... I don't need another item to bring back! I would like to visit Cadbury World one day.

Michael et al -- I see that M & S has restocked the Matt Monro CD. A few months ago, it wasn't on the website; I checked quite thoroughly. I think I get 8 blades for 6.49 pounds at Boots or Superdrug. I consider that quite reasonable, but I would pay even more for them! Disposable razors don't work properly on my face.

Hi Robert, I shall definately remember how you like your tea! You would not have liked it in that hotel in Brussells --that's for sure

It was more like strong water with milk---ugh !!!

How right you are Robert - meant to say buy 3 and get one of them free.

Marian - how are you? Not sure I like the sound of tea in Brussels!

Milk in tea is something the Dutch do not understand, that really is a British thing. Here they call normal tea 'English Breakfast Tea' but it is very week and you drink it black. A bit strange at first but you get used to it, I cannot drink British tea now as it is far to strong. That I don't miss.
Glad the M&S CD is available - it is great CD, I also recommend the Tesco one which has a couple of tracks never available to CD for less than 4 quid! Thanks to Marian I was finally able to buy these CD's as both companies don't ship outside the UK.

Marian, My niece lived in Brussels for Six years, and many of the postcards received from her bore the picture of the statue of "The Manequin Pis"
They certainly did have a reputation for not knowing how to make a cup of tea out ther.
No connection of course
